Summer Solstice and the International Yoga Day celebration with a special touch

This year, we are so honoured to celebrate the Summer Solstice and the International Yoga Day in a magical place. The longest day of the year will hug us with a beautiful and magical landscape, which we will connect with through a particular yoga practice for all levels, and a final silent dance to give honour to the Sun and its powerful energy, through our free movements.

In our class, you will be led by my voice through the use of headphones, so we won't interfere with the natural sounds of the environment; however, we will be open to receiving its beautiful energy. The class will be adapted to all levels, so if you don't do Yoga with me and instead you do either Pilates or Contemporary Dance, I invite you to come anyway and celebrate this magic day with us.
