About the Event
In these sessions Gocha Wellness will offer through Pilates technique two taster classes for people who needs to improve their physical condition, posture and regain energy, and for all of those who are seeking back pain and muscle contractions relief. We will work on the core as a main group of muscles, which will encourage the complete body work, enhancing the strength, flexibility, balance, alignment and body self-awareness. Pilates is a restorative discipline that reeducates the body to its optimal function. This class is suitable for all ages and gender, however if you have a specific physical condition, you must mention it to me prior the session in order to assess and address the exercises in the most suitable way for your specific needs. Limited spaces; small group maximum 10 people.
