There are three main factors that contribute to the deterioration of our body condition and wellbeing: stress, age, and improper posture as a result of modern life routines. Many people experience a combination of them, specially after COVID's time, which has provoked the loss of muscle strength, flexibility, agility, and balance; in addition to other emotional negative impacts like depression and unhappiness, which can limit our daily life. Pilates Method offers different exercises to counteract these effects, improving the physical condition in order to strengthen and restore body abilities, stimulating the secretion of endorphins which improve both the physical and the emotional condition, generating also the body self-awareness and self-confidence, which brings positive changes in day-to-day life. This class is specially designed for those in need to liberate tension, target the specific weaknesses to then strengthen the body through gentle movements and slow pace.
